Legally there are things we have to include here we are also aware you won't want to read pages of waffle and legal talk so the bits in purple are a summary of the legal bits below.
What information do you collect from me and how?
Your visit to our site will automatically give us information such as your IP address, browser type & computer type. This is simply used for us to see how many people are using our site and the most popular device used. This means we can make the site as easy for you to use as possible and fix any navigation problems people may be having on certain devices.
Your name, email, address, telephone number and the school your child attends are only seen by us if you enter them into one of our forms or when you create an account for our gallery. While we do use this information to stay in touch we keep it relevant with email reminders about your gallery and any offers the company is running. We wouldn't give your email out to anyone else and if you want us to delete your information at any time you simply have to ask via helen@helenboydphotography.co.uk

Storing your information
Your information is stored on a central online storage and on GOTPHOTO (our gallery suppliers) website. The only person with access to the online storage is Helen and she has passworded phones, computers and tablets to access the information. None of the information is actually stored on their devices only on their shared online area. We store online so that if you request for your information to be deleted it is deleted for everyone all in one go. For a brief part of our process your child’s name appears on printed proof sheets but these are all handed out to the children on photo day and brought home.
If you want us to delete all of the details we have for you at ANY time just contact us via helen@helenboydphotography.co.uk or give us a call.
If you would like a copy of the information we hold on you then its a little more complicated as we will need ID to prove your face matches your name before we send it over.
Security of your personal information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to:
(a) the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00); and
(b) the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).
